Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, complete tax returns, bank information, medical records, IRS account credentials, or other highly sensitive documents through a public website form. Existing and prospective clients should use the secure Client Portal or another method specifically authorized by us.

Information collected automatically

When you access the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. Where a visitor arrives through a tagged campaign or referral link, we may also process limited first-party attribution information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, landing page, referring domain, funnel start or completion, qualification result, and a click to an external scheduling page. This information is used to understand how an inquiry reached us and to evaluate website and campaign performance.

Cookies & Analytics

This website does not currently intentionally deploy third-party advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral-tracking cookies, or a third-party audience-analytics platform. Essential technologies, network logs, or limited technical storage may still be used by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the website.

We use privacy-conscious first-party analytics to count page views, sessions, and approximate unique visitors; identify frequently visited pages; understand device categories; and measure qualification-form, Blueprint, and scheduling activity. Random identifiers stored in the visitor’s browser distinguish a device and a browsing session. They are not designed to identify a person, are not combined with data from unrelated websites, and are not used for cross-site advertising.

We also preserve limited campaign and referral attribution while a visitor moves between our landing pages, qualification forms, Blueprint page, and scheduling links. This may include approved UTM parameters, referral details, the first landing page, and tracked funnel actions. We use these data in aggregate to evaluate website and campaign performance.

If we later introduce advertising pixels or other cross-site or non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this Policy and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law before activating them.

Service Providers

We may use service providers that process information on our behalf or receive information when you intentionally use their services. These may include:

• Resend for transactional emails, including inquiry notifications and requested Blueprint delivery;
• Calendly or another scheduling provider when consultation booking is enabled;
• TaxDome for secure client-portal access, document exchange, intake, and client communication;
• professional software and information-technology providers; and
• Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn when you follow an external social-media link.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently. Clicking an external link takes you away from this website.

Tax & Client Information

Information submitted through this public website does not by itself create an advisor-client relationship and should not be used to transmit confidential tax documents.

Once a professional engagement begins, tax return information, supporting documents, communications, and other client records are handled under the applicable Engagement Letter, our professional obligations, and applicable federal and state law. This may include confidentiality and use restrictions applicable to tax return information, as well as information-security requirements applicable to tax professionals.

We disclose client tax information only as authorized by the client or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. A separate consent may be required for certain uses or disclosures of tax return information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to document communications and business decisions, to protect legal rights, and to satisfy applicable professional, contractual, tax, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations.

Retention periods vary by record type and engagement. Website inquiries that do not result in an engagement may be retained for a limited business-record period and then deleted or anonymized. Client and tax records are retained according to the applicable Engagement Letter, our records-retention practices, and legal requirements—not under a single retention period that applies to every document.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
